Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within India only. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer various shipping methods to accommodate your needs:

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 5-10 business days
  • Carrier: We partner with reliable carriers to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time.

Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3-5 business days
  • Carrier: Available for an additional fee and depends on the item’s size and weight.

White Glove Delivery

  • Delivery Time: 7-14 business days
  • Service Includes: Full-service delivery, assembly, and placement of your furniture in the room of your choice. Packaging materials will be removed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on the product’s size, weight, and destination. The shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over Rs 999. This offer is valid only for deliveries within the contiguous India and does not apply to expedited or white glove delivery services.

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped, including tracking information if applicable.

Delivery and Inspection

Upon delivery, please inspect your furniture for any damages or defects before the delivery personnel leave. If you notice any issues, report them immediately to the delivery team and contact our customer service department at [email protected].

Delays and Exceptions

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes. We will communicate any significant delays to you promptly.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or the absence of an authorized recipient, additional delivery charges may apply. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery during the scheduled time frame.

Change of Address

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before the order has shipped. Once an order is in transit, we are unable to redirect it.

Lost or Damaged Items

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
